TERMS AND CONDITION OF BOOKINGS
Reservation and payments:
1. Upon confirmation of reservation by fax, e-mail or telephone, the reservation will be held for 14 days, during which time guest is required to send us a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 10% from the total cost of package booked including hotel accommodation and other tour booked.
2. Non-receipt of this deposit within the stipulated period stated will result in the cancellation of guest booking without prior notification.
3. The remaining balance has to be settled before scheduled arrival at the Bukit Melapi Lodge.
4. Payment can be made either by credit card (Visa, Master Card or AMEX), Telegraphic Transfer, Bank Draft or Bank-in direct to our account as per details stated below.

Cancellation, No-Show, Unused Service and Amendments:
• 50% on the full package cost will be forfeited for cancellation made 14 days before scheduled arrival at Bukit Melapi Lodge.
• 100% on the full package cost will be forfeited if guest did not turn up on the specified date of the package booked.
• No refunds will be entertained on any part of the package booked once guest have departed from his/her place of origin.
• Force Majeure clause: The operator shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, strike, riots and Acts of God or conditions beyond the control of the operator.
• Disputes, Actions or Other matters arising: It is expressly agreed and declared that the proper law of the Agreement is the law of Malaysia and that any disputes, actions or other matters arising hereunder shall be determined in the court of Law in Malaysia in accordance with the law and procedure of Malaysia and under any and all circumstances.
